PT. Celebes Railway Indonesia
PT Celebes Railway Indonesia, known as PT CRI is a Business Entity (BE) operating in the field of railway transportation in Indonesia as a Rail Infrastructure Operator, particularly in South Sulawesi. The company is responsible for the maintenance and operation of railway tracks in the South Sulawesi region.
In 2019, still only 37 days old, shortly before the first week of February, a new milestone was achieved by the nation’s citizens. A company that would make new history in Indonesia’s transportation sector was born.
In front of notary Nana Zaenah, S.H., PT Celebes Railway Indonesia (PT CRI) was established with Deed of Establishment Number 03, dated February 6, 2019, domiciled in East Jakarta, DKI Jakarta. This company operates in the fields of construction, procurement of infrastructure, and railway operations.
Without much delay, PT CRI quickly obtained approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia based on Decree No. AHU-0006838.AH.01.01.Year 2019 dated February 8, 2019.
In accordance with Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Mandatory Company Registration, the company has also been registered in the form of Business Identification Number (NIB) No. 9120101281691 issued by the Online Single Submission (OSS) Management and Organizing Agency of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
The establishment of PT Celebes Railway Indonesia is the result of a collaboration and joint venture between PT PP (Persero), Tbk and three other companies: PT Bumi Karsa, PT China Communications Construction Engineering Indonesia, and PT Iroda Mitra. Together they are known as the PP-BK-CCCEI-IM Consortium.
